Dr Nicola Bianchi obtained his PhD in Chemistry (Organometallic Chemistry) from the Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy. He subsequently completed an MBA at Bologna Business School, ALMA MATER University of Bologna, combining scientific education with advanced managerial competencies. In 2025, he also earned the Tepeyac Leadership Certificate as a Catholic leader.

He currently serves as Senior Sales Manager EMEA in a multinational specialty chemicals company, where he is responsible for strategic development, sales leadership, and fostering an organizational culture based on collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.

He brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management across multiple sectors, including specialty chemicals, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, home & personal care, and the paper and coatings industries.

Throughout his career, he has led international teams, developed business models, built strategic partnerships, and implemented growth projects across various European countries.

His professional interests focus on cross-cultural international relations, education and competency development, technology transfer, energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as business incubation initiatives.

Dr Bianchi is also socially engaged. As a volunteer, he collaborates with Italian Catholic organizations, including Opera Don Guanella (supporting people in poverty) and La Nostra Famiglia (providing care for individuals with disabilities). He also serves as a coach and manager of a local football team, combining professional activity with educational and community involvement.

Within LIBRE Foundation, he contributes international experience, leadership expertise, and a practical understanding of business operations in a global environment, supporting partnership development and long-term cooperation within the Foundation’s international network.
