The International Sustainability Manager (ISM) certification confirms that its holder possesses advanced expertise, long-term professional experience and leadership competence required to strategically manage sustainability and ESG integration within national and international organizations.

Only foreign languages are specified in the ISM certificate, confirmed at minimum C2 proficiency level, ensuring the capability to operate in executive and international environments.

Certified Managers may represent LIBRE Foundation in sustainability projects and certification processes upon signing a formal cooperation agreement.

The certification is renewed annually. Maintaining validity requires:
