Dr. Almulhem received his Ph,D in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada, MSc. in Computer Engineering, KFUPM, Saudi Arabia. He also studied advanced management and leadership at University of Oxford, UK and Leadership In development at Harvard University, USA.

He currently works as a Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Media in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has over 20 years of experience in the work for the Government as Leader, Supervisor, Spokesman, Chairman, Private HRH advisor and Minister.

His professional interests focus on computer networks, cultural international relations, education and technology development especially in area of energy efficiency and business incubation. He was recently honored with the King Abdulaziz Insigne for distinguished achievements and Middle East Award for the best application for a government Information Technology in Dubai.
